夢裡，場景在學校，但與工作和熱線有關。我想表達和說明meditation可以是動態，不一定只能直直站著不動，也可以是動態的。剛好有個案，沒個案很難解釋明白，聽者也不易相信。人們通常只做一直慣做的，甚少會嘗試其他方式。有一人橫浸在長方透明盒的液體裡，像是透明淺藍的水，我示範讓他由全直的身軀變成彎向前，幫他轉動作，另一方式是模倣他的動作，去感受相關信息。
dream message - just talking would be difficult for people to understand, and to believe. People usually would just do what they used to do, seldom trying other ways. Demonstrate and show them, imitate to feel.
