夢 - 睡夢瑜伽

臨睡，放鬆身體，吸氣到全身覺察到有繃緊的地方，放鬆放下到床上。平常我都想著快點睡早點睡著，這天卻想起，不必急著入睡，保持開放的覺知即可。感覺到平常沒有覺察到的身體覺受，聽見以前沒聽過的聲音。整夜的夢裡，我去參加聚會，多是不熟的人，但都是各有修持的朋友。那裡又像是宿舍。大家買了好吃和有名的美食店的食物過去。其中是一碗碗白滑的燉奶，隱藏吃法是，加豆腐花在上面。雖然不是我帶去的又跟大家不熟，我也不客氣地拿了碗吃。很滑很香很好吃。大家各自在內外參觀，外面又像有些種植地方。半夜緩緩平靜醒來，感覺像從禪修中出來，沒有打開眼，只回到開放的覺知，若是覺察身體有繃緊，又放鬆放下回床上。又有時覺察是在夢裡，便試著在夢中保持覺知。有時聽見自己放鬆的呼吸聲醒一醒，又繼續閉著眼安住在開放的覺知。就這樣整晚進出同一夢裡，沒打開過眼，只是一覺察便盡量保持覺知。早上鬧鐘依時響起，我又閉眼回想一下夢，到重響才打開眼。精神沒平常那麼累，卻有種清明，身體也沒有平常的緊痛，倒有點輕鬆。

自十二月上了睡夢瑜伽閉關，有時試著練習，效果進展都不大，這晚該算是大半年來的大突破，還解答了一個我想了好久的疑問。一直想知道冥想打坐禪修，是否可以讓人睡少些，畢竟愈來愈覺得時間不夠用，尤其現在做完每天練琴功課練習，已經起碼半夜十二時半，再做晚上手腳舒展，往往已經接近一時才能睡。這晚的體驗像給了個初步答案，不是冥想打坐禪修讓人睡少些，而根本就是邊睡邊禪修！

Pol 1 hr. The Void workshop with Edwin. In the opening meditation, feeling very Intense energy, like black cloud surrounding my head and keep shaking. When chanting the mantra, feeling the Intense energy again. When listening to the chanelling of Lady Anami, feel warmer and warmer on both open palms, finally seeing black flame on each of the palm, growing bigger and bigger being held on my palms. During the initiation of hidden chakra, feeling cool on the tummy, slowly swirling energy, but not black, pale yellowish white. Saw a golden balance swinging slowly in the dark.

冥想催眠日記 2026.6.25-26 Working with Ganesh

2026.6.25 Thursday

Pol 1 hr. Lord Ganesh workshop with Ann-Marie. Ganesh gave me a golden wand with a big violet precious stone inside the golden nest head. Power, to lead, do magic. like a set, it also came with a red crown with gold frame and ornaments and red thick fluffy velvet luxurious robe with golden embroidery. Authority, allowing to be seen, leadership. Protection and status. Mice pulled out from head and shoulder, they were my own thinking and thoughts, responsibilities and expectations I put on myself, creating all the stress and tension, all about myself not others. To replace those pulled out, Ganesh put in light, wisdom and virtuous deeds I gathered and accumulated in other lives. I can call the light and wisdom when needed.

Root chakra: rocks scattered and blood flowing out from the bottom

Sacral chakra: thick and lingering golden trunk being trimed to fine golden lines

Solar plexus chakra: cracked a dark yellow ball, then a golden sun showed and shining

Heart chakra: a closed lotus formed by line, become rich thick petals lotus blossoming

Throat chakra: cutting blue sea, blue water flowing, become with fish and life in the flowing river

Brow chakra: eye, brown and still, become open, clear and alive

Crown chakra: golden star shining and turning in circular movement

Earth star chakra: soil, mud, ground, become big tree, tree become bigger with thick trunk

Casual chakra: cloudy white, clear emptiness, spiral clear wind going up

Soul star chakra: rough rock become precious stone ball with enormous faces reflecting rainbow colour turning in circular movement

Universal chakra: fountain with continuous flow of multi-colour energy rays

Stella gateway chakra: star dust, turned to multi-colour firework

Physical and etheric body: rigid tight mummy, bandage unfolding and releasing 

Mental body: feeling hot and cloudy energy enclosing my body

emotional body: open full length curtain to both sides, can see garden outside clearly, daytime, green and can go out if wanted

Casual body: sleeping in a white cell shaped spacecraft floating across in the dark universe with silver sparkling spots 

Blessing: many colourful small flowers gently dropping on me, Lord Ganesh dancing, multi-colour light threads around me, beautiful music playing

2026.6.10 Wednesday

Silver hawks of light attunement with Ann-Marie. See my higher self appears like a magician with mustache in colourful clothes and riding on an elephant in a small colourful circus tent setting. Surrounded by boundless divine white light with golden sparkles. Divine says, do magic, be playful. Then see a meditator in white robe sitting in deep meditation under a big tree. Divine says, these are all you. Connect with your true essence. Not to be bounded by any fixed form. You got the support, thing to ride on, and shelter. When connecting with the life in Atlantis as a member of the silver hawk of light group, see myself in white, but not appears exactly like human form. When the silver hawk of light activating in my current incarnation and akashic record, see more and more pages opening, and shining golden spark of lights, and they connect together. stunning. Seems like other lives in other dimensions also got initiated and activated the silver hawk of light at the same time.

夢 - 無聲息災

夢裡，在大型活動場景。有人安排了人進場襲擊，我們則在人們不知情的情況下，低調地讓場內的人安全離去。男食友K說小時候會和朋友們把網球都染成紅色，這次也做了。臨開場比賽，女同事們已收回染紅的網球，讓比賽順利用回正常網球進行。場內的人像貓，都被養得有絨蒜毛，穿著灰袍。我們繼續不動聲色地，指示他們安全離開。

昨晚上The Void課，十時多已很想睡，上完課更覺得要快睡到夢裡沉澱整理。今早醒來，想起這夢，和昨晚的課，才能理出點頭緒。能量好深好沉，像不自覺地被吸入深不見底無邊無際的漆裡面，又記起老師特別說起老一派的靈性行者通常不透露不多說自己的soul source和前世。以乎The Void較適合用作息災，強大地以無法預知的方式，卻又不被察覺地就處理掉。

rescue meditation with Steve. first saw the lost souls were hesitate to pass the bridge and keep looking back. Once some started to pass over the bridge, more and more souls came out from the sea and the underground. Some were stuck in between the ground and underground. some little angels showing as golden white light pulled them out and led them to cross the bridge. so beautiful. a participant shared that she felt herself went deep down and became a spark of light pulling out lost souls and guiding them to the bridge. another participant shared she saw a muddy place with buildings and the souls stuck in the mud were pulled out. we are connected!

Pillar Love & Light Blessings meditation with Lindsley. Hot and sweating during the process (with air-con on). When the meditation begins, feel strongly Maitreya's presence, behind me. Then when teacher guides us through, the lotus, then with golden light in the lotus, then with violet light in the lotus, they are echoing my morning meditation merging Maitreya's bubble of love and compassion in lotus shape, with Buddha's bubble of peace emerging golden light, and Lady Portia's silver violet flame, that I am carrying with me and sending these mini mixed colour lotus bubble to beings who need them. I have not told anyone about this before! What a synchronicity!

Synchronicity – Path of Liberation 1&2

June 16: Angel card for the day was “Freedom”. Starting my journey of the path of liberation with Tergar that night. 

June 17: 

So many students, so crowded, so packed. Just so happened the seat on my right was vacant that I could get more space throughout the course. 

Thinking whether to take refuge. Arrived more than half an hour early in the morning and hanging around the venue, and registered to take refuge. 

Though being requested to go back to the venue at 5.15pm for the mandatory White Tara empowerment but arrived early at around 5pm, the hall was already full of students queuing up and I got to queue outside. Very long queue already. Not very organised seating arrangement, that some queue behind me got admitted to the hall and seated first. I breathed and told myself to have faith that everything happens for the best. I got seated at the first row after the VIP area right in the middle facing teacher even with space but not another row of chairs and people in front of me! 

My questions lingering for quite some while got answered during the empowerment. We take refuge not for ourselves, but wanting to benefit all beings to have happiness and be free from sufferings. What I can do to serve and to contribute, are just the four activities 息增懷誅. So touching.

Took official and proper refuge. Apart from the vow, chanting and ritual, Rinpoche cut a bit of my hair, and I got the refuge certification with a Tibetan dharma name for me.   

June 18: A whole day of heavy rain. Rainstorm signal red, black, red, black, but the whole day’s class went as usual and was total not affected.

June 19: Still not taught nine-fold breath and shaking Ha which are mentioned in the notes so I submitted a question on how to do these. Seems no one was aware that these were not taught, so later there was an announcement that they would be taught in the group practice session the next morning.  

June 20: 

Last day of the course. During the morning group practice session teaching taught nine-fold breath and shaking Ha, lama asked who did these the first time and most students raised their hands! Probably not only this time, but previous courses also missed these teachings!

IG fed me some posts of someone attended this course and I checked his profile. He is a young lama under Rinpoche. I messaged him on IG asking about the dharma name I got as I can’t read Tibetan. He kindly replied that night with a voice message demonstrating the pronunciation. Here’s his reply message:

Wow you got this name, this name I wrote and  སངས་རྒྱས (Sangye): The Tibetan word for “Buddha”. It literally translates to “purified and fully expanded” (referring to the clearing of all mental obscurations and the full blossoming of all enlightened qualities). རྒྱལ་མོ (Gyalmo): Meaning “Queen” or “Victorious Lady.” If we translate directly this word then it will be Buddha Queen

earth healing with Ann-Marie. Saw quite some beings I haven't seen before working together, they were in human form, but looked busy and tired. Felt heavy and intense energy on both hands most of the session. A sloopy young king sitting beside me on a bench. his noble brother sitting on another bench opposite to us, facing us, and he is the one helping the king and doing most of the work. Felt like we were in a church. Saw some beings of silver white. Suddenly I thought, oh now I am in another dimension! Then the scene turned all silver white that I could see nothing but silver white light filling the space. near the end, a kind loving goddess with blond long wavy hair dressed in white passed me a rainbow pillow, a gift for me.

Razza, The Original Aboriginal workshop with Edwin. In the opening meditation to connect with Razza, the colour is in different shades of deep autumn orange, mesmerising. Deep and strong connection, touching with tears, like I'm home. Razza shown as an aboriginal red Indian. When asking who am I, see silver light. I am the light of truth, uncovering the truth. Then I am in an ancient village. I am the one who see in dreams. I act and lead people to make the dreams work out in life. Then see a big wheel, with different people on the wheel and seeing their stories when the wheel turns. The last scene is a man kissing a white unfinished human sculpture. All stories are showing human beings' ignorance. After the meditation, teacher mentioned a few he saw with strong connection, and I am one of them! In the dreaming totem meditation, first see a white elephant, not the big grey wild one, but a cute little one. Then see baby Krishna. I asked if that is buddha as I saw a similar pic today for Buddha's birthday. But it says no, it's Krishna. Then see baby Krishna wandering and playing joyfully in the mountain with milk streaming down. Then see a small white bird holding an olive branch in its beak. The images are all in white tone. Teacher mentioned dreaming totem can be several and related to soul, ancestral or past life.

In an exercise, I was like floating in some space between dimensions, flashback of some loving memories with 8j and md. just pure love. 夢 - rainbow pillow and dreaming totems

After settling on the bed, I sleep on the rainbow pillow, a gift I just received from a kind loving goddess with blond long wavy hair dressed in white during earth healing the same night, calling my dreaming totems, the white elephant and baby Krishna. I repeated “I know I am dreaming, I can recognize I am in a dream”, and entered into the liminal space. Began to see some beings in distorted human forms, I said to myself “I am now in dream state”. Then I fell into deep sleep. 

夢裡，都是一片白色，我在安靜地工作。Quiet and calm.

共時 – 師父壇典

5月14日：家人晚飯時問起有沒有上壇，剛好這陣子壇典恢復每月兩典（之前疫情及其他情況不定期或停或網上），我又在妹釘也走後，有壇典都盡量有上壇了。又剛好星期日就有壇典，還預告了是濟顛禪師下光。媽聽了小聲說是她真身，我想她是已經見法身了吧。我呢，自從2014年的 shamanic journey ( https://laughforgetsoul.blogspot.com/2014/09/journey-to-lower-world.html / https://laughforgetsoul.blogspot.com/2014/09/shamanic-journeywork-circle-elements.html )，便開始叫著師父連結請教著。到了 2023年上 Ascension I，第一課便是見 No. 1 Guide和Higher Self，課上老師問，你們有誰已經見過和知道自己的 No. 1 Guide嗎？我沒有舉手，也根本不知道是甚麼。到老師帶大家見的時候，才發覺，原來就是師父嘛，都已經指教我這些年了。到了現在，我還是有時會向師父請教，每天早晚請安感謝。

5月17日：常典。既然是濟顛禪師，就買醉雞吧，有酒有雞脾，最好不過。還得看趕不趕得及，平常上壇都時間剛好，這天卻還有時間買供品，似乎師父也想吃呢。正好在壇樓下一家沒有去過的食店，翻看著門外餐牌，居然真的有醉雞。買了一份，老闆還叮囑說酒不要浪費，也要喝掉，因為是他們自家釀的糯米酒。媽和妹也有來。正式開壇的時候，突然心裡感動得想流淚。小休時，媽說真的有來呢，剛才一開始下光時好感動，感動得想哭，還單手拇指食指打開做了個手向下移的手勢，想她是想表達流淚，我看卻像婁大真人的畫像在捋長鬍子的樣子。這些我平常都不會說，但聽了媽說，我才說剛才也有同樣的感覺。就在完成昇後，我把壇上供著的醉雞拿到枱上給大家吃。奇怪，明明剛才供上去時，酒多得晃著時蓋過雞上面的，現在酒卻少了許多，走著只見雞不見酒，才大概一小時，不會蒸發這麼多吧。想是師父真的有喝到吧。

剛在德噶FB看見一張照片（https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=1279931754353698&set=pcb.1279942821019258），立即認出那是我在夢裡去過的地方。找出那個夢（https://laughforgetsoul.blogspot.com/2024/07/blog-post_14.html），當時起的題，竟是「揚昇」！剛好今晚有重新啟動才一個月的earth healing，就是由其中一位教Ascension的老師帶領。而我又真的報了名（因為得先完成功課要求，而幾個月內七十五小時禪修其實趕得好辛苦），參加六月Tergar’s Path of Liberation閉關！

冥想催眠日記 2026.2.22-3.21 Violet flame apothecary

jol3 practice, 30 mins. Violet Flame Apothecary workshop with Edwin. Among the hallows, the violet flame lantern stands out, it means shining light into the darkness, exposing the truth. Gifts received in the apothecary are a violet beautiful butterfly guiding my way and to the useful hallow, a gorgeous dangling gold and violet purple hairpin, and a violet purple fountain pen with golden ornament. When Brink brings me to trans-dimensional plans, the message is to remember my true essence, it is divine flame and light, then I would get less identify with and bothered by my physical body and life. See myself change to a light body goddess in the form of a flying horse shining emerging golden light. Then see a sea horse. Suddenly I know, together with the horse and flying horse, they are of the sea, land and sky. Yes, I can be in any form. If I can always remember my true essence, I would not and no need to fixate or cling on any physical form or state.

In the upgrading exercise, I saw my guardian angels, one in female form and one in male form, joining hands towards the upgrade, then showing as some massive bubbles in light. In the receiving information and messages exercise, started feeling tears in my eyes when he’s talking about what we’re going to do and trying. I know it’s going to be a real connection this time. During the exercise, getting more intense feeling, and deep connection down from my heart. Started seeing image, something like the painting of the birth of Venus. A soft but firm female voice with an accent stated talking. “You are the pearl, you are the goddess, your are the shell, you are the sea, you are everything.” I am surprised. “Yes, you see, you hear, those were your gifts.” strong energy feeling around the brows and forehead. “And now you can choose to close your shell, and only open to shine and show the pearl when you need or want to.” When being told to come back, the voice continues. “How can you still suspect it’s not true? You see, you feel and you hear us. We are always here with you, protecting you.” Tears running down, and yes, I know, it’s true. And I know how it feels when it’s true. And I know I am deeply loved.

2025.12.27-28 Dream Yoga/Dream and Sleep Meditation retreat. So powerful, and relevant. Filled the gap that western dreamwork is missing, especially how to bring the dream practice to waking life and the application for multi-dimensional practices. An important and inspiring point was made. To change things in lucid dreams is not for manipulation but to realise all things are illusion! 

After the retreat, start practicing sleep and dream meditation. Start thinking to complete 開心禪Joy of Living 3 homework. 75 hours. Just for revision and practice, even not pursuing further for the Path of Liberation解脫道.

2026.1.5 Healing session. Teacher said time is getting faster and faster, now we actually only got around 16 hours a day, though the clock still shows 24 hours. That's why people always feel having not enough time, and people and their body situation today seems 10 years younger. I said yes, that’s why we really need to think about who and what we want to spend our time on. And it’s only here and now with this body and identity, just do all things we want to do. Teacher mentioned a friend who would dream of people jumping. Though they were strangers, the dreamer saw the exact location and time. This is just a real case of step 3 of dream yoga mentioned in the retreat but I have never mentioned the retreat and the content to the teacher!! Bought a piece of angel aura clear quartz of slightly smaller than the palm. An interesting piece that when don’t know who to call, manifest and just see who appears from/above it! 

2026.1.6 Reading Dr Kelly Yi’s book “Multi-dimensional Psychology” about out-of-body experience in dreams, which are also examples of step 3 of dream yoga. Teacher posted on FB about being dragged to the Galactic Council’s meeting in dream state, which is obviously an example of step 4 of dream yoga!

2026.1.7 First time back to Tergar HK after some years for JoL 2 group practice session as love and compassion is important for these days too. Felt okay to participate in group practice sessions and decided to join JoL3 group practice the next week too. (took JoL1 in 2013, JoL2 in 2014 and JoL3 in 2016) 

2026.1.8 Received an email from Tergar, saying Rinpoche is coming to HK to teach Path of Liberation 1 & 2 in person this year. One-day retreats will be arranged for us to catch up and we are encouraged to complete the required homework to attend. Never thought would be back to the Tergar path but the timing and every things are just in time! so motivated to complete the homework in 6 months and give it a try!
