Anchor the left ruby red, right pale pink and central white light of Christos, Sophia and Maitreya Cosmic Christ energies. very strong energy at the left side of head, then through the left side of body, especially around the left ear. Can either have sleep meditation or dream meditation. enter from meditation to sleep then sleep becomes meditation, features include no dream, wake up feeling very relax like from meditation, may have luminous experience. dream meditation, first get lucid in dreams, second change objects and ourselves or go to other places in the dream, third subtle body goes from the dream to the waking reality, fourth travel to different realms and universes, fifth travel to the pure land, may also experience luminosity.
