7月7日：Submitted two dreams of October 27, 2023, picked from over 1,000 dream records till now, for Dreams, dreaming and dreamwork course: https://laughforgetsoul.blogspot.com/2023/10/self.html .

7月8日：Earth healing. Reclaiming and downloading the ability to be with and in oneness and the flow all the time, be confident to shine the light.

7月12日：First live session of Dreams, Dreaming and Dreamwork. Submitted dream selected for Gestalt dreamwork demonstration during the session. Messages received during the demonstration aligned with and elaborated the messages received in the earth healing session on July 8. Re-confirming progress, and on the right path. So touched. First live session of Ways of Knowing.

7月19日：Bennu Centre’s class on Spiritual Consciousness by Dr Edward Shen. Some of the contents echoed materials of the Ways of Knowing on July 12 and what I wrote for my assignment during the week. For example, about reality, being confident to my own ways of knowing, and especially for what I wrote in the assignment on July 17, ”Without meaning, there could be coincidences but not synchronicities. Without meaning, events could be mysterious or occult but not spiritual”, as he’s the only person I know who thought/talked about 靈異vs靈性.
