Remembered the messages received this morning. Lady Isis gave me an orange flame cloak. Whenever I need to be freed from the old me at the time, to renew and rebirth, that I can quickly put that on. I always got insights and answers when I talk to figures in my head. That can be a way of channeling. Practise that to see If that's easier for me, if that is my way. Find and do it in my own way. The truth you receive in a particular time is already the one that you can best understand and perceive.
