8月8日：Ways of Knowing的作業寫了「如果在這個物理世界，一切都是能量和頻率的顯現，感官、感受、情緒、思想、身體、呼吸、直覺、個人意識、集體意識、無意識、關係、萬事萬物都是能量和頻率的顯現，從覺知到對齊整合，從調頻到共振，完全和諧的存在，就是天人合一的狀態吧。What if in this physical world, everything is the manifestation of energy and frequency, from senses, feelings, emotions, thoughts, body, breathes, intuition, personal consciousness, collective consciousness, unconscious, relationship to everything are all manifestation of energy and frequency. From awareness to alignment and integration, from adjusting frequencies to resonating, probably being totally harmonious is the state of uniting with oneness.」

8月9日：Dreams, Dreaming and Dreamwork課上，小組夢工作，我其中一句說：「如果這是我旳夢，我覺得在提醒除了耳朵聽到的聲音，也去聽耳朵聽不見的聲音。當內在召喚和外在環境相呼應，到底那是來自外在還是內在，還是根本已沒有外在內在之分？」時間剛剛好沒有如上一課超過半小時，緊接之後是Bennu Centre’s class on Cosmic Law and Ascension by Dr Edward Shen. 說到一切都是振動和頻率，sensory spectrum, extra-sensory spectrum, super-sensory spectrum正是可感可測，不可感可測，和不可感不可測的頻率，當中又有 transform matter to energy and energy to matter，正是內外實相的互動，manifestation。又有些內容跟昨晚寫的作業呼應。Allow the natural flow, exchange and balance of energy. 一切都剛剛剛，一切本來就是圓滿。
