冥想催眠日記 2023.11.14 Nature spirits

進門，從金光變回我抱著八仔。我們到單坐位梳化坐下。脈輪梵唱。chakras activation, tree of light, merkaba activation, violet flame, Michael cut cords. I can't see the cords, but the sword with violet flame moving near and around my body is like cleansing my energy field. Raphael put a green healing layer on my body. 

Uriel brought me passing through the same gate to the forest. We stopped somewhere in the middle of a circle of big trees. My back shivering and I felt some gentle breeze surrounding me. 

Uriel pointed at somewhere behind me with a smile and said, the air spirits got something to say. Rather than hearing words, it’s more like some breezing sound in the ears. “We are anywhere. We do not necessarily have forms. We can make water flows, fire glows, leaves singing different tunes. Formless is the most powerful.” 

I looked at the river on my front left. Water spirits’ voice was like jingling bells, clean and beautiful, like singing a poem in an amazing heavenly tone. “Let's flow you don't need a boat. Let's flow to a far new road. Let's flow see the views you never know. Let's flow hear the stories untold. Let's flow don't worry about where to go.” I felt drunk in the mesmerisng sound and those words were like flying around my head. 

Fire spirits on my right drew my attention back, showing me the fire and making a warm sensation on my hands. “I can make you warm. I can burn things down. When you can only see one side, see also the opposite at work.” 

A big old tree on my right spoke in a low earthly tone. “Ground is the magic word. Ground yourself as you now have roots. The more you are grounded, the more expansion of your branches and leaves. That's how the leaves can sing amazing new tunes and your enormous lights can shine to the sky.” Shaking leaves on the tree sounding various tunes. I can see my tree of light growing more and more light spots on the branches and shining bright. 

I felt very tired and overloaded. Uriel sang the low wooden flute tune to dismiss the nature spirits. He led me back to the gate and said, no worries while you write it down you can remember. 回來。累了。謝謝各位，我們變成金光出木門。四十九分鐘。

夢 - 工作

夢裡，隱約也是在工作，很長過程逐步清清楚楚地在思考在做的工作。

2023.11.12 Sunday
進門，從金光變回我抱著八仔。我們到單坐位梳化坐下。脈輪梵唱。chakras activation, tree of light, merkaba activation, violet flame, Raphael green ray healing。放鬆舒服。之後Raphael雙手放近我全身加了一個綠光療癒層。Gabriel divine guidance。很多時一想起問題，答案便出現，怎樣分辦是腦袋想出來還是靈性指引。答道靈性指引通常即時出來，尤如靈光一閃，很快，腦袋想出來有過程經過，一步步分析推演，慢得多，要是想確定，閉上眼感覺，看見光便是靈性指引。對，我有突然想到些甚麼的時候，閉上眼看見紫色光，感覺是一個yes。我說其實也沒甚麼特別想問的。答道那便有想問的才問，或者之前的兩條問題都可以常問，what to do to better serve the Divine，what message to pass on to other people。回來。謝謝各位，我們變成金光出木門。四十分鐘。

 

2023.11.13 Monday

It carried a soft and loving feeling. I asked Gabriel that sometimes I would be in doubt and feeling not sure about myself. He said you just close your eyes and ask, if you see light you would know there’s no need to doubt or hesitate, if there’s no light but just black and blank, that's also a message telling you to pause, see and no rush to take action. I thanked him. He slightly patted me on my head, leaving an orange layer of energy from top to back of my head. 安住。看見一個清湯掛麵黑髮鳥咀穿日本鄉郊衣服的小孩，背景是鄉野田園，粉色圖畫風。回來。謝謝各位，我們變成金光出木門。三十分鐘。

夢 - 工作飯局

夢裡，我在公司，公司又是一間餐廳。本來約了一對母女客人吃飯，我有點後悔答應，不太想跟陌生人吃公務飯，幸好小女孩不舒服，臨時取消。幾位女同事忙著準備去跟男前校長和客人的飯局，我總是覺得不自然，走來走去想著要不要裝作忘掉不去算了。我走進廚房，知道準備了七人份餐點，數算著有沒有預我的一份，如果有的話，還是得過去比較好，沒有我的份的話，就安心不用去了。

夢 - 金光灑落/三個夢

睡下，閉眼放鬆，頭頂能量迴旋，全身感覺下沉微振的頻率，心想，來了，突然一片清明，很光，金光灑落在頭頂，能量在身體內流動，帶動手微動手指動，微張開口，舌頭一動便吐出一秒輕清泛音，再試，又吐出一兩秒輕清泛音，閉嘴不敢再試，慢慢來吧。剛才課後同學說起light language，又想起昨晩課上，老師說就是sound divas幫助發出的healing sound。沉睡。電話訊息響了一下，即時金光又灑落頭頂，轉清明，打開眼看手機，是dream sig的訊息，也許可以試試以channelling課所學去解夢。

夢裡，第一次，進房，答問題，很輕易。第二次，給一句信息回答，也不難。第三四次，要直接說，就開始難了，但也能順利完成。第二個夢，在工作，有些對答和實驗嘗試的。第三個夢，地上有兩顆吐了出來的西蘭花，是妹釘吐出來的，怪不得她這幾天吃得比較少，現在吐了出來便沒問題了。

夢 - 簡潔新居/出差

夢一，我剛搬到新居，間隔格局跟舊居一樣，但之前跟家人住，廳有入牆櫃有幾個大櫃桶放衣物，這間簡潔，沒有。開放式廚房，同樣頂有四格櫃，下有幾個大櫃桶。搬家時把東西一袋袋收拾好，例如餐具廚具放在一袋，現在要用也隨手從那袋取出即可，頗方便，索性就這樣吧，這樣廚房的幾個櫃桶就可用作放衣物。臨出門，我請媽打開廚櫃和大櫃桶看看，有點怕裡面髒或有昆蟲，自己不敢打開看。出到去商場，有年青男女要結婚，大家見我單身，說起怎樣才能結婚，我說我就不必了，單身比較方便。

夢二，全公司出差分配酒店房，我的一間較小，只有一張床靠三邊牆橫放，相連旁邊是前女上司P和女高層M的較大的雙人房，其他同事也是較大的雙人房，她們怕我嫌房小跟我解釋，我倒不在意，單人房又有獨立洗手間挺好的。她們又說起另一男同事，因為教授臨時不能來，所以也是住單人房，說得像他得要孤軍作戰了。我們又談起其他工作事宜。

夢 - 工作校園

夢裡，我在工作，在一個很大的校園裡，得穿過草地樹林小路去不同大樓和課室。我跟女好友M一起走，帶了一支發酵茶給她試，我們走進大樓，經過白色的地下走廊和課室，在臨上樓梯的左邊空間，有一兩個建築系學生在一張大枱上作畫，她看見忍不住走過去指導他們調色。我走上樓梯去到一個白色的大課室，裡面有白色大長方枱和平台空間讓大家分組聚集。一隻白貓在房內走來走去，大家只覺可愛，卻沒留意到她在地上不同地方留下大大小小乾的軟的貓屎。我還拿著本來帶給M試的發酵茶，索性打開在喝，邊喝才想起我之前已喝了一支，這已是今天第二支，指引說一天只建議喝一支，但反正已打開在喝，算了，不會死的，就繼續喝吧。有個年青女同事好奇這是甚麼。這時前男校長T走進來，我怕他踩到貓屎，趁大家沒注意在清理，還沒清理完，他已坐到右方角落的大白色長方枱，我也立即坐過去，以免他一人呆坐。白貓繼續若無其事地走來走去。他問起一些事，我立即從背後的架或櫃取出舊年報和帶著的最新資料講解，這時女退休教授Y走過來，校長跟我打個眼色，我立即收起最新資料，想了一下，改口說起那茶是我們校友研發的全天然成份無添加發酵茶，裡面的益生菌對腸胃很有好處。我走出課室，下樓梯看見M仍在投入地跟學生研究討論作畫和用色。我走出大樓，繼續向前走出校園，去到感覺是九龍城的街頭。抬頭看見一堆矮舊樓頂層的空置荒廢單位，前面隔條馬路是一堆燈火通明的高樓大廈。想起反正地方不夠租金又貴，能不能暫時用這些矮舊樓的單位，隨即搖搖頭，要是提出要用也一樣加大租金才不會便宜，即使為教育研究也一樣，這地方就是這樣。
